The Hooded Horseman
This is a fairly new addition to London's streetscene, I wonder if anyone recognises where it is? A cat here might be a clue.
Soooo? where is it? It isn't The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere or the Icabod Crane... but he looks creepy like Icabod Crane :) Oh yes, those are both Yank references... so I'm curious where is this? Ruth in Oxnard
