Grade A in "Stating the bleedin' obvious"
Well to be fair, this sign was probably to signify that this ex-building (in Central Street) was now a car park, but with the smiley face, I couldn't just ignore it.

I am fascinated by the four former fireplaces just "hanging" out on the wall and the various layers of coloured plaster of Paris walls. Obviously an old building of "flats". Wonder about who lived there, the lives spent in front of those fires... Now, just another car park in London.
Even if they would have advertised opening soon, it would have been a stretch for most.
