The Roundhouse

Shot with Olympus E510
The Roundhouse is one of those throwbacks to a byegone age that has found a new purpose. Originally a shed in Camden housing a turntable for trains (hence the round bit) it is now an effective, initmate entertainment venue. REcently, to make it more useable, the concrete, steel and glass extension has been added - I know which style I prefer.

Geez, from train turntable to entertainment. I don't know whether that's an indication of a flexible architecture or just development through a set of random events. Interesting, anyhow.
