...barracks, in this case. It's one of those bizarre buildings that pop up in odd places in London, basically because they have been around for so long. This is the Honourable Artillery Company's RHQ, slap bang in the middle of the city of London. I'd venture a guess that this view is not one even most Londoner's are familiar with, although it is on a main road.
