Top tip - what to do in London!
Following Purcell on Sunday, I've been struggling to turn this shot into a suitably interesting photo to accompany one of my top tips for what to do in London - tourists and Londoners alike. Here we are at the Wigmore Hall, and I can tell you that there is nothing in the world so pleasant or civilised as ambling in to one of their Sunday morning recitals. This fabulous hall (originally built by the piano maker, Bechstein) is one of the most intimate performance venues and it attracts some of the very best names (Programes for: June July).
