Business as Usual

I've always wondered, if scaffolding is so good it can hold buildings up, why not build them out of it in the first place? You might have thought that in this time of recession, there would be a reduction in the number of buildings being built in London; I'm here to tell you that doesn't seem to be the case. In previous recessions, you've always been able to see stalled building projects that ran out of money. Not this time, it seems.
