Saint Volodymyr

This statue is of St Volodymyr, who lived 1,000 years ago and was the grand prince of Kiev who converted the city to Christianity. The fascinating thing about this is that it was erected by public subscription (among the Ukranian community) - I wonder what you have to do to get a statue erected?
