post a commentThis is of course the "In and Out" club (Navel and Military Club). It used to be on Picadilly - and had a carriage driveway with "In" and "Out" signs on the entrance and exit - hence the nickname. I assume that when they moved to St James's Sq and lost the driveway - they decided to paint "In" and "Out" on the porch instead.
