A Cup Runneth Over

Call me old fashioned but paying £2.50 for a fairy cake, just because you call it a cupcake doesn't seem very attractive to me. Peggy's Cupcakes claim to be London's best cupcakes, I am in no position to argue. They are pretty, though.
