Here's a new take on graffiti - paint it at home and put it up on the fence. Far faster and less likely to get caught, one supposes.

That's the Banksy principle of course, doing all the time-consuming stuff before going out where you risk getting caught, but this is taking it a step further. If these ever became valuable, at least there would be no need to worry about walls going missing when you can just un-screw the panel.
