I agree with CornishCockney--I loved the little surprises and details of London and can't wait to visit again.
It is Grade II listed, but the listing records don't give much away. http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1194082 "Gateway to No 21 ... Mid C19.
