Because We Can
This is one of the latest crop of skyscrapers springing up around London, seemingly designed eccentrically because they can. Time will tell whether the novelty will hold any lasting architectural value, I suspect we will look back on these as slightly embarrassing examples of the genre.

I 'quite' liked this building, from the photograph - until I saw the picture in the accompanying article. How has such a huge, dominating building passed the "planning" dept? What a pity there isn't a limit on the height of
buildings in London. I can see the developers competing for the tallest building. This is not what tourists visit London for.
