Brixton Week - Day Two - the Soweto Memorial

Still on holiday, on day two of my Brixton week I'd like to show you a very emotive statue standing just outside Brixton town centre.

Dedicated to the 116 children who died on the 16th June 1976 in the Soweto Uprising, it was enough to make me go and find out what happened.
